  • Liaise between hospitals courts (judges probate auditors and coordinators) Attorneys Ad Litem and public for high-volume and extremely time-sensitive caseloads.
  • Sets up and maintains HIPAA-protected files and information.
  • Prepares documents for review and revision by attorney in preparation for filing.
  • Maintains attorneys calendars and dockets including appearance dates and other related matters to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintains subject matter/case process logs for multiple case types.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 3 years job related experience familiar with Family Law.
  • Strong computer and typing skills (40 wpm).
  • Strong verbal skills and ability to interact effectively with other employees and the public.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $18.31 - $22.89 hourly based on qualifications

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
