Liaise between hospitals courts (judges probate auditors and coordinators) Attorneys Ad Litem and public for high-volume and extremely time-sensitive caseloads.
Sets up and maintains HIPAA-protected files and information.
Prepares documents for review and revision by attorney in preparation for filing.
Maintains attorneys calendars and dockets including appearance dates and other related matters to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintains subject matter/case process logs for multiple case types.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma/GED.
3 years job related experience familiar with Family Law.
Strong computer and typing skills (40 wpm).
Strong verbal skills and ability to interact effectively with other employees and the public.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $18.31 - $22.89 hourly based on qualifications
