HuSTL Hospitality is seeking a proactive and passionate Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading our restaurant operations at Steves Hot Dogs in Chesterfield Missouri. This role is a perfect stepping stone for a motivated individual who wants to grow their leadership skills contribute to business success and help build a thriving team and culture. This role has the potential to grow into a General Manager position relatively quickly for the right individual.

Our Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence.

What Youll Do

Lead a Thriving Team:Act as a hands-on leader to help the General Manager build motivate and coach the team. Youll lead shifts ensure team members are set up for success and help foster a positive work environment.
Support Financial Performance:Contribute to the restaurants profitability by actively managing your shifts. Youll help control labor hours minimize waste and drive sales through a focus on quick and friendly service.
Execute Operational Excellence:Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This includes executing operational procedures maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
Elevate the Guest Experience:Be a frontline ambassador for our brand. Youll respond to guest needs and feedback help resolve issues quickly and ensure your team is focused on delivering 4.5-star service and above.
Be a Reliable Partner:Work closely with the General Manager and other leaders to execute strategic plans. Youll communicate proactively help solve problems and ensure all administrative tasks for your shifts are completed accurately and on time.

Base plus tip share and bonuses with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour
