Position Description:

Key Competencies:

Ability to program/project management of training programs with responsibility for overall management and execution

Ability to facilitate training sessions that guide participants toward achieving the desired learning outcomes

Assessing training needs through surveys; interviews and focus groups

Ability to apply adult learning theory;

Instructional design and curriculum development techniques to create blended learning solutions (in the areas of Professional Skills

Create and maintain performance support materials; including but not limited to online knowledge bases; job aid; quick reference guides; and other digital based learning resources

Ability to work autonomously within teams and as a liaison to internal and external clients Communication; active listening; internal consulting; interpersonal and influencing skills

Ability to draft communication related to training programs including launch mailers; notifications; partnership with internal Corporate Communications team Key

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Interface with business leaders/managers and the HR Business Partners to identify learning needs of specific employee segments

Design of training interventions and blended learning solutions to address the identified learning and performance needs

Develop training instructional material (aligned to 70:20:10) such as guidebooks; handouts; storyboards; design documents; lesson plans; pre and post assessments; etc.

Facilitation of training session in classroom/webinar formats

Develop metrics for evaluating training programsMonitor; record and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness

Plan; schedule and coordinate training programs (classroom/blended formats) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Manage updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques

Engage with training partners / vendors and continuously assess them for effectiveness

Manage internal intranet resources/microsites/webpages related to Learning and development

Manage training related branding and communication collaterals conceptualization and creation (print/digital)
