We are seeking a new team member to help us deliver exceptional outcomes in the new India office in Bengaluru. We are looking for someone who can build high trust relationships with stakeholders up to and including Executive leaders. You will be able to achieve this through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to guide and influence to achieve outcomes and underpinned by your market knowledge and by your demonstrated excellent service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role offers the ability to work closely with the India based HR Manager Perth based HR Teams and leaders to deliver the recruitment activities for building a new Bengaluru office which is expected to grow to approximately 400 employees by the end of 2027.
You will be able to guide and influence hiring decisions have access to senior leaders and executives and directly impact culture by hiring the people who share our vision.
On a day-to-day basis you will carry out the full range of TA responsibilities from job brief advertising screening interview due diligence offer and acceptance and ensuring a positive onboarding experience up to day 1.
Amongst other activities you will also get the opportunity to engage in brand building activities and attend events on behalf of Woodside and oversee external vendors.
The role is expected to evolve over time as recruitment strategies evolve to match the business requirements. Initially the primary responsibilities will include working closely with a Perth-based TA Specialist and being responsible for:
- Local vendor relationship building process management and controls
- Managing local and virtual interview campaigns with candidates leaders from various locations and local recruitment vendors
- New hire remuneration assessment and gaining alignment with leaders
- Candidate offer negotiation and liaison with Perth Office for contract creation
- Working with agencies to ensure regular engagement with candidates up until Day 1
- Initiating and monitoring due diligence
Skills and Experience
- We are looking for an experienced recruiter preferably with client-side / owner / operator type organisation but we are open to considering people with agency and other in-house experiences.
- Youll be able to demonstrate experience in full end to end recruitment activities.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing for diverse candidates in a tight market.
- A commitment to diversity and unwavering values of inclusion respect and integrity are fundamental to this role.
- Strong knowledge of remuneration principles and appreciation of importance of adhering to fair and consistent application of standards.
- You will have a collaborative style with an ability to build and maintain high-trust genuine and effective relationships with all stakeholders (both internal and external).
- There is a high level of coordination in the role so youll have strong attention to detail and a methodical and planned approach to processes and deliverables.
Desired experiences:
- Experience working in a Global Capability Centre running bulk recruitment campaigns.
- Knowledge of a range of White-collar professional roles; particularly digital roles
- Experience with Search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working with SuccessFactors or other large ERP systems
- Degree qualifications in HR Psychology or similar would be a benefit but not essential.
