No hidden scorecards. What You Must Have Done Before 1015 years in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions Sales Carried annual quota (and hit it) Managed enterprise accounts with multi-million billing exposure Owned revenue margin targets (not just relationship management) Negotiated MSAs and handled procurement cycles Managed delivery escalations without losing accounts If you have held titles without quota ownership this will not be a fit.
