Manager- Banquet Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead and drive banquet sales while ensuring exceptional event experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships maximize revenue opportunities and coordinate seamlessly with operational teams to deliver successful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan promote and execute banquet sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Handle event inquiries proposals negotiations and confirmations
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients wedding planners and event organizers
- Coordinate with kitchen service and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Prepare event orders contracts and billing details accurately
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and manage feedback professionally
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 35 years experience in banquet sales or event sales in a hotel environment
- Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of banquet operations and hospitality standards
- Flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays when required
