About the Company:

Known for their exceptional customer service and innovative approach they are expanding their team and looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager Public Sector to join their dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies targeting government ministries state institutions and public-sector organizations.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing public-sector clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing proposals tenders quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions proposals and post-sales support.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and public-sector procurement processes.
- Track sales performance generate reports and provide insights to help achieve overall sales targets.
- Participate in promotional activities events and meetings related to public-sector engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; a degree or professional qualification in Sales Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in public-sector sales is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender procedures.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Age preferably below 35 years
Other Details:
- Salary Depends on Experience and Qualifications / Salary starting from Rs.100000.00
- Working Days & time Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m
- Working Type Onsite / Field
