About the Company:

Our client is a leading consumer electronics company with a strong presence in the market offering high-quality products and solutions to meet the needs of their customers. Known for their exceptional customer service and innovative approach they are expanding their team and looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager Public Sector to join their dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies targeting government ministries state institutions and public-sector organizations.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing public-sector clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support the Sales Manager in preparing proposals tenders quotations and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions proposals and post-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and public-sector procurement processes.
  • Track sales performance generate reports and provide insights to help achieve overall sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional activities events and meetings related to public-sector engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; a degree or professional qualification in Sales Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in public-sector sales is a strong advantage).
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender procedures.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Age preferably below 35 years

Other Details:

  • Salary Depends on Experience and Qualifications / Salary starting from Rs.100000.00
  • Working Days & time Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m
  • Working Type Onsite / Field
