Job Description:
Patterson Companies has an exciting opportunity toparticipatein our summer internship program as a Merchandise Marketing intern. This internship runs from May to August 2026. The intern willparticipatein meaningful work along with making contributions to team efforts in our fast pacedpeoplefirst corporate environment. This internship will be a hybrid position working both remotely and on site at our corporate officelocatedin Eagan MN.

Product Hierarchy & Data Structure Projects
Conduct research and clean up the existing product hierarchy across multiple systems.
Recommend new hierarchy categories based on gaps or needs within the current product assortment.
Recategorize products according to the newly suggested hierarchy.
Partner cross-functionally with the Master Data team and other stakeholders to implement hierarchy changes.
Compare and contrast the existing web hierarchy with SAP hierarchy structures; document discrepancies and recommend resolutions.

Assistwith the following as needed:
Promotions project and entering of vendor promotions
New Product Submissions process
Annual catalog
Private label project
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing abachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly collaborative with a desire to learn in a dynamic professional environment.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint.

The starting pay for this role is $20 - $25 per hour.
