We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Inside Sales Supervisor Global Customers (WWS-Enterprise Local)
As part of the continued growth of our Global Sales organization we are expanding our Worldwide Inside Sales (WWIS) team in Poland and are looking for two Inside Sales Supervisors to support and develop our team of Inside Sales Representatives working with international B2B customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role designed for experienced sales professionals ready to take the next step in their career. You will lead a team working with global customers across multiple markets helping them grow their portfolios close opportunities and build long-term commercial relationships.
You will act as the local point of leadership for the team working closely with a manager located in another European market. Because of this the position offers a high level of autonomy and real ownership you will not only supervise daily activities but also actively shape team performance coaching and sales culture.
You will collaborate daily with Sales Operations Customer Service and Key Account teams to ensure customers receive high-quality transportation solutions and consistent commercial experience.
