About Our Client
Our client is a global digital advertising company that helps connect leading platforms with advertisers and markets worldwide providing media sales digital marketing and technology solutions.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Senior Client Partner) to lead the Poland market a large and critical growth area for X. This is a high-impact commercial role responsible for driving revenue through both direct advertisers and agency partnerships including support on agency trading agreements.
What youll do
- Own and grow Xs revenue in Poland the key local market
- Build and expand relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies
- Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
- Lead commercial conversations including agency trading agreements and negotiations
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy media planning and performance solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Represent X at key industry events and within the Polish advertising ecosystem
What you need for this role
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field
- 5-8 years of digital ad sales business development or account management experience
- Strong experience managing both direct clients and media agencies
- Proven involvement in or exposure to agency trading agreements
- Deep understanding of the Polish digital advertising ecosystem
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience with online advertising analytics and performance marketing
- Fluency in Polish and English
Must-have qualifications:
- Background at a major platform publisher or media agency
- Established network within top Polish agencies
- Strong consultative selling approach
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment
