We are a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Sales Manager. This position reports to Head of OEM - Marine and will work in our Warsaw office.
About the position
As a Sales Manager in the OEM team you will be involved in technical sales and focusing on the sales of HVAC equipment sanitation water purification and refrigeration for OEM accounts. The role supports the Polish Marine Sales region. The sales manager is expected to travel withing UK and EMEA customers as and when needed.
Your main responsibilities
- Act as Key account manager(KAM) for OEMs as well as the support within Polish regions.
- Manage existing and to introduce new customers; and broaden customer awareness of Dometic products within the territory to all key customers and prospects within Marine.
- Manage customer base within a CRM system and introduce new customers to it.
- In direct relationship with Sales Director for Northern Europe prospect potential new customers offer the best solutions for the customers sustain the actual business and follow up every project.
- Take sales ownership of all allocated accounts coordinating all aspects of the selling process.
- Conduct regular visits and maintain a high level of contact with all key accounts.
- First point of contact for OEMs.
- Be a technical expert within Marine division and support customer training sessions.
- Developing market share.
- Ensure a logistic commercial and technical follow up for the actual clients and the one coming in tight relationship with product manager and the administration team.
- Drive development and performance of aftermarket accounts in the Polish market.
- Project management.
- Attending trade shows and company sales and training events and customer events.
- The post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required and all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall goals of Dometic.
- Be responsible for your own health and safety and aware of others health and safety in the workplace.
