Job description
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Support Specialist to join our Salon Professional business this role you will play a key part in supporting the Sales team by preparing sales analyses and reports improving operational efficiency and contributing to the optimization of sales processes and customer service.
This position offers great exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Sales Marketing Finance) and the opportunity to actively contribute to business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role Objective
The role objective of Sales Support Specialist is preparing various sales analyses and reports and participating in improving the organizations sales and efficiency by supporting the Sales team in all daily procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales team in all activities that improve customer service procedures and relationships with customers (e.g. contact with couriers support in handling complaints).
Define and set sales promotions in the system in close cooperation with the Marketing department.
Develop sales plans and perform sales analyses according to given parameters.
Prepare sales analyses and reports on a weekly monthly and annual basis.
Prepare reports according to the orders and requests of the direct supervisor.
Actively participate in sales performance improvement by preparing reports and sales analyses for all sectors within the company.
Collect and consolidate all information relevant for report preparation and data processing.
Develop and improve analysis methods application of analytical data and use of analytical tools.
Actively cooperate with the Finance department and other departments and/or divisions.
Update and maintain the archiving of all reports and business documentation.
Adhere to company business procedures and internal policies.
Track and monitor reports based on business initiatives.
Specialist responsibilities:
Perform other tasks defined by the direct supervisor or employer.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong and professional working relationships.
Support Team Leaders and Managers in day-to-day operational and ad-hoc tasks.
Job requirements
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in Sales Support Sales Operations Commercial Excellence or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data reports and KPIs.
Good collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally (Sales Marketing Finance).
Attention to detail structured working style and good organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Proactive solution-oriented mindset and willingness to support business growth.
