With a strong operational footprint and an expanding project portfolio our client supports major construction developments through technical expertise modern equipment and tailored commercial solutions.
As part of their continued growth we are hiring an Area Sales Manager to develop the Bucharest & Ilfov territory.
As Area Sales Manager you will take ownership of your assigned territory managing both sales and rental activities while building long-term client partnerships across the construction sector.
This is a field-driven commercial role combining technical understanding with sales execution from first contact through to contract closure and cash collection.
Identify new leads across construction sites and contractors
Create and own your clients portfolio
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting negotiation closure
Participate in technical discussions on-site and at client offices
Collaborate with Technical Department on tailored solutions
Issue and negotiate commercial and rental offers
Coordinate contract execution and documentation
Perform customer financial analysis
Monitor contract compliance and site activity
Support site closures (damages / repairs / losses)
Follow up on invoicing and cash collection
Achieve revenue and rental performance targets
Primary focus: Bucharest & Ilfov
Secondary coverage: Adjacent counties and nationwide projects (when required)
Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in construction or formwork systems
B2B technical sales experience is an advantage
