Job Summary
Position : After Sales Service Engineers
Locations: Bhopal - 1
Experiencer: 5-8 years
Sales After Sales (Service) and Rental Services.
- Product Portfolio: Specializes in forklifts (Electric & Diesel) pallet trucks BOPTs and stackers.
- Brand Partnerships: Authorized dealers for STILL (German) and HELI (Chinese).
- Key Clients: Major logistics and e-commerce firms including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Infrastructure: Key hubs in Taloja (Navi Mumbai) Delhi NCR and Chennai.
Job Requirements: Service Engineer / Sr. Service Engineer
The After Sales team manages equipment servicing (in/out of warranty) spare parts and on-site maintenance.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years specifically in MHE/Forklift service.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Forklifts (both EV and Diesel) is mandatory.
- Education: ITI Diploma or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Targets: Target-oriented roles (approx. 5L 10L monthly in service/parts revenue).
Years of experience: 2-4 years/4-6 years

Provide strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment specifically unloading machines.
Conduct regular checkups and maintenance at customer sites to ensure optimal performance.
Attending Complaints of customer site after sales & warranty
Deliver training sessions for operators to enhance equipment handling and safety practices.
Assist customers with routine maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)-Perform thorough inspections of equipment before delivery to ensure quality standards.
Oversee the distribution of spare parts to customers and field teams.
Manage the dispatching of equipment and spare parts efficiently.
Provide on-site technical support to resolve equipment issues promptly.
Maintaining Optimum Inventory in Warehouse
Manage spare parts inventory and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with warranty extension processes and related inquiries.
Carry out mandatory services for machines under warranty & need to share the MIS of same
Business Development of OEM after Sales & spares part Business
