Responsibilities include:
- Answering telephones with proper etiquette
- Accuracy of typing quotes invoices memos letters etc
- Knowledge and ability of spreadsheets workpapers etc
- Maintain and supply proper office equipment and supplies
- Organizational skills
Requirements:
- 2 years of office experience
- Detail Oriented
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Comfort with fast paced environment;prioritize duties
- Knowledge of standard office procedures including filing and standard office equipment fax copier telephone system etc
- Proficient in Mircorsolf Office/ Excel
- Standard Office bookkeeping knowledge
- Knowledge of Peachtree/Sage software helpful but not necessary
- Knowledge of E2/Shoptech software helpful but not necessary
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- HR and Vendor Relations
FULL TIME 40 HOURS- Pay commensurate with experience
