Position Overview
Sound Screening and Collection Services is seeking an organized adaptable and people-focused Assistant Operations Managerto help oversee daily processes and operations. This role is central to maintaining productivity ensuring service quality and supporting both employees and clients.
Primary Duty
Oversee Sound Screening & Sound Collections processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality across all services and products. Communicate regularly with leadershipregarding projects priorities processes and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire and motivate employees through supportive coaching and training
Manage general office operations and administrative functions
Assist withrecruiting training and employee engagement initiatives
Oversee client onboarding training and recertification processes
Support screening staff as a back-up production assistant when needed
Coordinate reporting to TransUnion Equifax and Experian on behalf of Sound Collections
Skills & Qualifications
Strong big picture thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between projects efficiently
Strong organizational and operational awareness
Leadership mindset with a collaborative team-oriented approach
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who is proactive adaptable and comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people improving processes and helping teams perform at their best.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Flexibilitywithin those hours for 30-40 hours per week.
Pay: $24-28/hr
