Project Overview
Client is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager with strong expertise in HR modules and enterprise integrations. This role will lead the design and implementation of an Employee Experience Portal working closely with ServiceNow Workday and enterprise architecture teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep integration experience particularly between ServiceNow and Workday and the ability to provide architectural guidance while supporting light hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with ServiceNow Workday and enterprise architecture teams to design and implement the Employee Experience Portal.
- Assess and optimize current ServiceNow configurations (including EC Pro) to align with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Provide architectural direction for integrations between ServiceNow Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Identify integration risks performance bottlenecks and system limitations and recommend effective solutions.
- Lead and participate in design and review sessions influencing technical decisions and aligning stakeholders.
- Perform light hands-on debugging and troubleshooting as required (not a full coding role).
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to drive consensus and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager leading ServiceNow initiatives.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow especially enterprise-level integrations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow-to-Workday integrations or other complex cross-platform integrations.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and integration frameworks.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with HR modules within ServiceNow.
