Job Summary

Responsibilities:
full administrative support for engagements including all external liaisons reconnaissance associated admin including tasking and contract process and Sy requirements.
values and standards. Act as a focal point for all E&D & and H&S matters.
and management of Reserve personnel including pay and personal documentation on LUMS: PPS CHURCHILL and RAPS.
for the Bandmaster conduct the Band during engagements and rehearsals as required. Play as a member of the Band when required.
the CoC has full view of the FoE maintain good communication with LONDIST and ensure all details are entered onto the Band Plot UCE and Engagement matrix. Liaise with RCAM & PDOM regarding professional Band issues.
execute and attend the Annual Continuous Training and advise on ITR Trg. Assist with the management of Trg including processing all the information and results.
Ceremonial G1098 Instrument and equipment stores and accounts and prepare the Band for all annual audits.
out other tasks and duties as directed by the chain of command.
