Job title: Cash Collection Specialist Temporary position (Until December 2026)
Reporting to: Cash Collection Team Leader
Location: kp Business Services / Accounts Receivable Team in Porto Portugal

Purpose of the job: As Cash Collection Specialist you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable including collection and follow-up activities.


Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support of individual customer / customer group within accounts receivable;
  • Control of payment behaviour and perform cash collection process;
  • Review and analysis of the orders on hold;
  • Collaborate with sales and operations management to address and clarify customer payment status;
  • Support in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and Aging reports;
  • Reconciliation and analysis of customers accounts;
  • Participate and contribute in projects and initiatives on Accounts Receivable processes;
  • Provide support related to annual and interim audits.

Educational requirements/qualifications and experience/ Competencies:

  • 2 years of professional experience in finance and accounting or equivalent;
  • Experience in contacting with customers as well as cross-functional departments;
  • Knowledge of SAP transactions related with Accounts Receivable is a plus;
  • Fluent English is mandatory;
  • Experience within a Shared Service Centre environment;
  • Costumer Focus: internal & external client excelent service oriented.
