CGIs Business and Strategic IT Consulting sector is seeking an innovative dynamic growth-oriented Director Management Consulting Digital Strategy & Transformation to lead and expand a high-impact consulting practice within our Greater Montreal Business Unit.
This managementp role offers a unique opportunity to deepen CGIs consulting presence in Quebec deepen executive client relationships and drive measurable business and technology transformation across leading private and public sector organizations.
As a trusted advisor for our clients you will help clients align enterprise strategy with digital and AI ambitions modernize their technology agenda their operations and deliver sustainable business value.

CGIs Business Consulting practice connects strategy to execution by helping business and IT leaders define execute and operate their purpose-driven plan to respond to change and build long-term financial customer human and societal value.
This role will cover many topics where consultants tie together strategy culture process people and technology all underpinned by agility innovation and data in one or more of the following practice areas:
-Operational excellence
-Enterprise and business architecture
-Data and AI Advisory

The Opportunity
As a manager within the Business Consulting sector you will lead and scale an established practice of approximately 10-15 professionals across business transformation technology strategy and industry advisory.

With accountability for growth and performance you will:
-Drive revenue expansion and profitability
-Strengthen client relationships and expand strategic accounts
-Shape and evolve service offerings within your practice aligned with market demand
-Accelerate CGIs footprint across priority industries in Quebec
-Provide oversight of engagements delivered within your practice to ensure client satisfaction
Operating at the intersection of business and technology you will translate complex executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and outcome-driven transformation programs that deliver measurable and sustainable impact.

-Serve as a trusted advisor for clients.

The Profile We Are Seeking
You are a seasoned consulting manager with an established reputation in the Quebec market and a demonstrated ability to build scale and lead high-performing consulting teams.
Experience and Expertise
-8-10 years in strategic and/or IT consulting including 4 years in management roles.
-Proven experience leading consulting practices managing P&L and delivering large-scale transformation programs across various technologies.
- In-depth expertise in business transformation (operational excellence business architecture service design) digital strategy and innovation governance AI
-Deep expertise in business transformation (operational excellence business architecture service design) digital transformation and innovation governance AI.
-Strong industry depth with a preference for financial services
-Established network in Quebec and proven ability to drive new business generating in Montreal.
