We are looking for an Arabic Chef to join our team!
Responsibilities
Leads the planning production and presentation of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine across à la carte buffet banqueting and special events.
Design seasonal menus and specialty offerings representing Levantine Gulf North African and broader Middle Eastern cuisines (e.g. mezze kebabs mandi biryani tagines grills breads and pastries).
Adapt recipes to local palate and dietary requirements (halal vegetarian vegan gluten-free) while maintaining authenticity.
Train coach and mentor culinary team members on Arabic cooking methods spice profiles bread baking and butchery.
Ensure consistent taste texture and presentation in line with brand standards and implement portion control and waste reduction to meet food cost targets.
Responsibilities
Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
6 working years of professional culinary experience specializing in Arabic/Middle Eastern cuisine; luxury hotel or high-end restaurant experience preferred.
Proven expertise across key Arabic culinary techniques (grilling slow-cooking rice cookery breadmaking pastry/sweets).
Demonstrated ability to lead train and motivate a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
