Requirements
This is a 3-month Contract-to-Hire role and a 100% Work From Office position (Hyderabad) - India Shift
Role Expectations
Manage 35 active IT roles at a time
Deliver relevant candidate submissions within 48 hours
Achieve minimum 2 placements per month
Build and engage talent pipelines proactively (not just post jobs to job boards)
Use AI tools for sourcing screening communication and efficiency
Comfortable with ATS Automation & Workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile
6 years of IT recruitment experience
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn networking passive outreach)
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently with no supervision
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Adaptable to changing hiring requirements
Interest in leveraging AI tools for recruiting
Compensation & Growth
Competitive fixed salary (10% above market for the right candidate)
