We are an IT Consulting and Solutions firm building a dedicated recruiting pod to support a large global consulting client. We are looking for proactive recruiters who enjoy performance-driven environments and are comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

This is a 3-month Contract-to-Hire role and a 100% Work From Office position (Hyderabad) - India Shift


Role Expectations
  • Manage 35 active IT roles at a time

  • Deliver relevant candidate submissions within 48 hours

  • Achieve minimum 2 placements per month

  • Build and engage talent pipelines proactively (not just post jobs to job boards)

  • Use AI tools for sourcing screening communication and efficiency

  • Comfortable with ATS Automation & Workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6 years of IT recruitment experience

  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn networking passive outreach)

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently with no supervision

  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics

  • Adaptable to changing hiring requirements

  • Interest in leveraging AI tools for recruiting
