Key Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates as well as conducting job postings and managing recruitment agencies.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Conducting orientation managing documentation and facilitating exit interviews.
HR Operations & Documentation: Maintaining employee records (HRIS) drafting contracts and managing attendance/leave records.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Processing salaries bonuses health insurance and other employee benefits.
Performance Management: Coordinating performance appraisals and assisting with employee development and training.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring compliance with labor laws managing risks and implementing company policies.
Employee Relations & Culture: Handling employee grievances mediating conflicts and organizing engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Essential for interacting with staff at all levels.
Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of employment regulations (e.g. FMLA FLSA).
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks like payroll hiring and record-keeping simultaneously.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
