Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and presentable Field Sales Executive for B2B sales in the healthcare domain. The role involves regular field visits to hospitals clinics and healthcare institutions to meet doctors medical heads and decision-makers build relationships and promote healthcare-related products/services.
This is a pure field role suitable for candidates who are comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle team of field sales executive
Visit hospitals clinics and healthcare centers to meet doctors medical heads and administrators
Promote and explain company healthcare products/services to B2B clients
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders
Follow up with clients to ensure closures and ongoing engagement
Maintain daily visit reports and share updates with the reporting manager
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives

Must have Team Leader experience of minimum 1 year/
Comfortable with a field-based sales role involving extensive travel within Kolkata
Good appearance confidence and professional attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with doctors and senior medical professionals
Personal vehicle is an added advantage but not mandatory
Can handle a team of 10 member
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
