Job Summary

Nexora, a renowned company in the industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing HR processes and ensuring seamless operational efficiency within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding/offboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor regulations.

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.

- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements & Skills:

- Proven work experience in HR operations or a similar role.

- Sound knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office suite.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

- Certification in HR management is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Experience working in the industry sector.

- Additional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
