THE MANDATE:
You are the "Architect and Face" of the company. While the technical core may already be in development you are being brought in to turn "technology" into a "business." Your mission is to secure venture capital define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and build a world-class team. This is a 0-to-1 journey where the primary reward is ownership and the potential for a massive exit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead the charge for Seed and Series A rounds. Leverage your existing network to pitch to Tier-1 VCs and strategic deep-tech investors.
GTM & Business Strategy: Define which industries (e.g. Logistics Manufacturing Defense) will be the first to adopt this robotics infrastructure.
0-to-1 Scaling: Build the organizational "scaffolding"from hiring the first 10 engineers to setting up operational processes.
Stakeholder Management: Manage the board and early investors while maintaining a strong relationship with the technical co-founding team.
Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
The Serial Builder: Someone who has previously founded a startup or was a very early employee at a successful high-growth tech company.
The Deep-Tech Evangelist: A genuine passion for robotics and an understanding of the long gestation periods typical of hardware-software integrated products.
The Risk-Taker: Someone who is financially ready to trade a high "VP-level salary" for a "Founder-level equity stake."
The Executionist: Ability to move from a high-level board deck to ground-level hiring and sales in the same afternoon.
