As a Cabin Crew member you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. You will also assist with in-flight services such as serving meals and beverages and providing exceptional customer service. As a Ground Staff member you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our flights. You will be responsible for checking in passengers handling baggage and providing assistance and information to passengers at the airport. Key Responsibilities: Cabin Crew: - Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights - Assisting with in-flight services such as serving meals and beverages - Providing exceptional customer service to passengers - Conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefing passengers on safety procedures - Responding to any passenger needs or requests during the flight Ground Staff: - Checking in passengers and handling baggage at the airport - Providing assistance and information to passengers at the airport - Assisting with boarding procedures and ensuring timely departures - Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations - Handling any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner Requirements: - Minimum 18 years of age - Minimum height of 52 for females and 57 for males - Fluency in English and Hindi both written and spoken - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service have a positive attitude and meet the above requirements we would love to meet you!
