Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking a Strategic Capability and Transformation Manager to join their team.
The Manager will lead a team to develop implement and drive internal business and cultural transformation activities and programs to meet strategic executive and government priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement strategies and projects to empower the business to deliver transformational and cultural change which responds to and furthers current and future needs
- Lead and drive team management work planning capability uplift coaching and professional development activities to align resources to deliver priorities and a positive customer and employee experience
- Actively lead the effective development and implementation of cultural change management initiatives applying contemporary best practice and make recommendations on fit-for-purpose solutions to improve organisational capability and meet organisational and government priorities
- Manage and build constructive relationships through effective communication negotiation and issues management to foster innovation collaboration and build capability agility and engagement to influence and enable consistent service delivery and practices
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in ensuring a positive team culture and strong performance given diverse functions and a complex and changing work environment
- Exposure in managing complex and sensitive consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders given their varying expectations viewpoints and interests
- Relevant experience in balancing competing demands and responding flexibly to ensure the achievement of multiple objectives given limited resources and tight deadlines and the need to identify priorities and interdependencies
