Job Summary

KPMGs Transformation Delivery and Change Practice supports some of Australias most significant transformation programs by delivering expert program management project delivery and change management services. As an Associate Director Transformation Change youll lead end-to-end change delivery across complex program environments partnering with senior stakeholders to enable successful adoption and measurable outcomes across major client transformations in Western Australia.

Your Opportunity

As an Associate Director Transformation Change you will play a pivotal role in designing and leading change delivery change governance and stakeholder engagement across complex programsspanning technology operating model process and behavioural change.

You will:

  • Lead planning and execution of change management strategies across complex changes (technology operating model process and behavioural).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address challenges and risks during implementation.
  • Develop change plans so all levels of the organisation are ready willing and able to adopt changesand are informed throughout.
  • Monitor measure and report on progress and impact of change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on change management best practices across industries.
  • Lead and support teams (including matrix and virtual teams) to deliver high-quality engagements.
  • Design and implement change capability uplift programs.
  • Lead change governance including governance forums reporting processes and cadence.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across complex environments and multi-layered program settings.
  • Build strong client relationships and support business development opportunities.
  • Lead and support bids and business development activity including responding to tenders client presentations and development of thought leadership/articles for publication.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital supporting thought leadership and knowledge management.

Your Experience

To be successful you will bring:

  • Extensive experience in change management and transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated capability leading change delivery across large programs (technology operating model process and behavioural change).
  • Strong experience with change governance and leading governance and reporting processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams (including matrix and virtual teams) to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to simplify and synthesise complex information for senior audiences.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capability supporting effective governance and decision-making.
  • Experience across varied industry sectors.
  • Track record in stakeholder engagement building trust and credibility at senior levels.
  • Experience supporting business development and bids including responding to tenders client presentations and contributing to thought leadership.
  • Professional certification in change methodologies (e.g. recognised change frameworks/certifications).
