Consulting Support Services Manager

The opportunity
CSS role enables Consulting Engagement teams efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities.
We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement region and competencies. We help in project coordination & management financial analysis engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

Your key roles and responsibilities
Manage operations for multiple global clients / -ordination supervision and development of a growing team
Grow CSS business through building networks integrating with client engagements and developing new services
Interface regularly with engagement stakeholders develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needs
Involve in people initiatives including recruiting and training professionals and act as a role model
Lead and collaborate on team and Consulting level initiatives
Manage and counsel team span of 15-20 Staff Senior and Assistant Manager
Team development (mentoring counselling team building) fostering the key values of EY
Responsible for quality control review of the teams work and ensuring overall adherence to Turn Around Time Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement
Facilitating establishment of new work from project initiation to business as usual
Be insightful about the Consulting solutions and utilize that knowledge to make suggestions and/or recommendations
Cultivate strong understanding of technology trends and AI applications to provide insights and applicable support for our clients and stakeholders in achieving their business goals
Reporting preparing Business Reviews and Dashboards for client team including senior leadership
Support quality and risk management needs across Consulting practices
Able to effectively summarize and conclude on work applying appropriate documentation standards
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation

Skills and attributes for success

Any Graduate preferably Business Mgt./Business Admin/Economics or Masters degree
Good to have PMP Prince 2 or relevant certifications
Previous relevant Industry or project management experience- ideally at least 10 years with 1-2 years experience in mid-level management role
Excellent people skills promotes teamwork ability to lead and motivate a group of 15-20 team members
Very strong organizational and management skills; ability to delegate effectively and allocate work amongst team members
Strong English communication - both written and verbal
Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft suite (Excel power point presentation Power Apps/ PowerBI etc.)
Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
Assertive with strong influencing skills
Prior experience working with Global clientele preferred
Confident to deal with senior level contacts internally and externally
