The Project Financial Support Officer delivers financial administration and project controlling support across the APAC region. The role ensures accurate project setup data integrity invoicing coordination and compliance with Egis Core Management Principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Setup & Maintenance
- Create and maintain projects in the ERP system based on PM/Controller inputs.
- Set up resources and internal subcontracting arrangements.
- Ensure WBS accuracy and validation by the Financial Controller.
- Update project data following approved variations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Enter budgets and forecasts as provided by PMs/Controllers.
- Confirm internal agreements and work orders align with project assumptions.
- Billing & Cash Management
- Support preparation of invoicing documentation.
- Process monthly intercompany invoices.
- Project & Contract Closure
- Complete project closures in the ERP ensuring all financial information is captured.
- Compliance & Controls
- Apply Core Management Principles to maintain compliant project accounting practices.
- Administrative & Financial Support
- Provide administrative assistance including invoice preparation and document checks.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely and accurate project setup maintenance and closure.
- Accuracy of intercompany billing and ERP data.
- Quality and responsiveness of support provided to PMs and Controllers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
- 13 years experience in project accounting or financial support.
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
- Strong Excel proficiency and analytical capability.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
