Position Overview

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to provide evening and weekend teleradiology coverage for our Inland Valley hospital partners. This role offers full remote flexibility with consistent general diagnostic caseloads. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong diagnostic accuracy comfort working independently during off-hours and the ability to collaborate effectively with onsite clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret general diagnostic imaging studies including CT X-ray ultrasound and MRI
Deliver timely high-quality final reads during evening and weekend shifts
Collaborate remotely with onsite clinicians to support patient care decisions
Maintain compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards
Utilize integrated PACS and voice-recognition systems for efficient workflow
Participate in remote QA and peer-review initiatives as required

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Eligible for California medical licensure (licensing support available)
Strong proficiency in general diagnostic imaging modalities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

RVU-based compensation aligned with shift type and coverage commitment
- Evenings (5 pm 12 am): $45 per RVU
- Weekends (8 am 12 am) $48 per RVU
- Nights (12 am 8 am) $52 per RVU
