Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Diagnostic Radiologist to provide evening and weekend coverage for Wellington Regional Medical Center. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and consistent general diagnostic caseloads ideal for radiologists who value work-life balance while contributing meaningful clinical service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret a full range of diagnostic imaging studies including CT MRI X-ray ultrasound and nuclear medicine
- Deliver timely accurate final reads to support high-quality clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain compliance with all safety quality and regulatory standards
- Utilize the hospitals EMR system for documentation and communication
- Participate in peer review QA initiatives and departmental meetings
- Provide consultative insights and recommendations to referring providers
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Proficiency in all general imaging modalities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced hospital environment
Compensation
- RVU-based compensation aligned with shift type and coverage commitment
- All Shifts: 40 per RVU
