Position Overview


We are seeking a Full-Time Interventional Radiologist to support comprehensive hospital-based radiology services across three Inland Valley hospital locations. This role follows a structured block coverage model designed to support clinical continuity procedural volume and sustainable work-life balance. The position includes procedural responsibilities with integrated call coverage and offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures including angiography biopsies catheter insertions vascular interventions and ablations
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging to guide procedural planning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgery oncology emergency medicine hospitalists etc.)
  • Maintain compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and communication
  • Provide timely consultative support to referring providers
  • Participate in departmental meetings case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
  • Eligible for California medical licensure
  • Proficiency in minimally invasive image-guided procedures
  • Excellent communication and professionalism
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative clinical environment
Compensation
  • Compensation is aligned with coverage commitment employment classification and annual workload expectations under an approved block scheduling model.
  • Final compensation is determined by approved coverage level RVU productivity expectations and employment classification.
  • Full-Time Coverage (26 Weeks / 182 Shifts per Year)
    • W-2 Employment: $650000 annually
    • 1099 Independent Contractor: $675000 annually
Productivity Compensation
Diagnostics support an additional $40 per RVU paid in addition to base shift rates.
