Position Overview
We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to support high-volume hospital-based diagnostic imaging services across three Inland Valley locations. This role follows a structured onsite coverage model with defined onsite responsibilities and integrated remote reading components as part of the overall coverage plan. The position is ideal for a radiologist with strong general diagnostic expertise who values consistency collaboration with onsite clinical teams and a balanced sustainable coverage structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret X-ray CT MRI ultrasound and nuclear medicine studies
- Deliver timely accurate diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care decisions
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and communication
- Participate in quality assurance and departmental meetings
- Maintain compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Strong diagnostic proficiency across general imaging modalities
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Compensation
- Compensation is aligned with coverage commitment employment classification and annual workload expectations under an approved block scheduling model. Final compensation is determined by approved coverage level RVU productivity expectations and employment classification.
- Full-Time Coverage (40 Weeks / 220 Shifts per Year)
- W-2 Employment: $700000 annually
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $725000 annually
