Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or other related fields.
  
• At least 3-5 years of extensive experience in educational management and administrative roles as a Dean or Program Head.
• At least 35 years of extensive and related industry experience.
• Proven experience in CHED compliance academic program creation and policy development.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and business communication skills.
• High level of professionalism integrity and accountability.
• Adaptable innovative and open to new tools and processes.
• Excellent command of the English language. (written and verbal)
  
• CHED-related training or accreditation seminars. (preferred)
• Leadership and academic management programs. (advantage)
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the BSIS program in Business and Data Analytics aligned with enterprise systems business intelligence and digital transformation needs.
• Ensure compliance with CHED CMO MORPHE and other government regulations in offering academic programs.
• Prepare review and approve course offerings syllabi and reference materials aligned with regulatory standards.
• Build and recruit a qualified faculty pool and lead the Academics Team in faculty development planning.
• Develop and implement a Faculty Development Program aligned with institutional goals.
• Prepare regular academic reports and updates for the Management Committee and School Board.
  
• Establish and maintain strategic academic and industry linkages to enhance program relevance and graduate employability.
• Ensure smooth development transition and continuity of the program in coordination with other academic and non-academic offices.
