Our Corporate Banking team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Caloocan with the role of Division Head.
In this role you will develop and execute strategies to grow middle market and corporate accounts drive business acquisition and maximize profitability while ensuring smooth transaction processes. You will also mentor and coach Account Officers guiding them in account planning skill development and achieving their performance targets.

What the role will entail
- Develop and grow new-to-bank relationships while managing existing accounts to maintain increase or exit relationships in line with the banks strategic direction.
- Maximize account profitability through deposits cross-selling of bank products and effective deployment of loans while managing risk.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies regulatory standards and proper account documentation including timely housekeeping of all relationships.
- Monitor account performance and asset quality reporting potential issues to the CARE team for proper handling.
- Conduct regular client engagements to build strong relationships and address client requests and complaints promptly.
- Manage revenue and resources effectively including fair distribution of targets among relationship managers and attainment of ROCE targets.
- Review and clear covered and suspicious transaction alerts in line with AML and regulatory standards.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in either Business Finance Marketing or any related field
- Proven experience as a seasoned Account Officer (AO) with prior leadership of a small AO team considered a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of banking products marketing finance and risk with the ability to coach and mentor Account Officers effectively.
- Proficiency in speaking Chinese and managing accounts of Chinese-affiliated businesses particularly within the Caloocan area is preferred.
- Excellent analytical leadership and motivational skills capable of managing and developing both high and low performers.
- Highly personable and professional able to manage client and internal relationships resolve conflicts communicate effectively in English and deliver results under pressure while working collaboratively across teams.
