Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Auto Loans Business Head.
In this role you will set the long-term strategic direction of the Auto Loans business ensuring alignment with overall bank objectives while driving financial performance across dealer-generated store-referred and alternative sales channels in NCR and Luzon. You will lead business development initiatives achieve top line bottom line and market share targets and cultivate strong partnerships with key industry players and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

What the role will entail
- Drive profitability by ensuring yields on new bookings support targets and pricing remains within approved guidelines.
- Accelerate revenue growth by strengthening partnerships with dealers and manufacturers through strategic tie-ups and sales programs while ensuring adequate coverage of sales channels.
- Develop and expand alternative sales channels and identify new growth opportunities to support long-term business objectives.
- Enhance the customer journey by implementing customer-centric programs and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and credit policies to maintain strong governance and compliance.
- Promote a high-performance culture by recognizing top performers fostering employee engagement and supporting training and development initiatives.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree holder
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in sales marketing and/or operations of consumer loan products.
- Strong expertise in sales and marketing business development product and project management budgeting forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep business and industry knowledge with the ability to formulate strategy conduct cost-benefit analysis and drive sustainable growth.
- Results-driven leader with strong customer focus persuasive communication negotiation and partnership-building skills capable of developing teams and making strategic decisions with analytical rigor.
