Job Summary

Were looking for a forwardthinking digital leader to shape evolve and elevate our Group digital communication channels. As part of our Corporate Affairs function youll play a key role in strengthening our brand deepening audience engagement and modernising our digital capability. What youll be doing:

  • Leading the strategy development and governance of Group digital communication channels ensuring they are accessible effective and engaging
  • Driving best practice digital standards and technical enablement across Corporate Affairs
  • Optimising content across websites intranets email and social channels using insight SEO and analytics
  • Managing enterpriselevel social media tools publishing approaches and listening capabilities
  • Monitoring emerging digital trends and translating them into improvements that enhance performance and user experience
  • Providing senior digital counsel during issues and crises and overseeing our digital response
  • Advising senior leaders on building a strong digital presence and supporting corporate reputation
  • Leading the development of analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Broad digital marketing expertise across multiple channels and platforms
  • Strong understanding of CMS systems UX/UI accessibility and performance optimisation
  • Deep knowledge of digital communications including websites intranets email collaboration tools and social media
  • Experience delivering digital product roadmaps integrations and channel strategies
  • Strong analytical capability including tagging dashboards KPI frameworks and insightdriven optimisation
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships
  • Experience managing teams agencies and partners to deliver highquality outcomes
  • A collaborative adaptable leader with excellent judgement and a solutionsfocused mindset
