Location: UK or USA (Remote with periodic in-person collaboration)

Remuneration: Up to60K benefits bonus

Role Purpose

Discovery ADR Group is seeking an experienced commercially focused marketing leader to take full ownership of our marketing function and build a predictable scalable engine that generates high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across our core service lines.

This is a strategic and operational leadership role for a self-directed professional who can design implement and continuously optimise marketing activity without requiring tactical direction. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in professional services marketing and will be accountable for delivering measurable pipeline growth.
This individual will define the strategy implement the systems manage the tools execute campaigns and establish marketing as a primary growth driver for Discoverys UK and USA expansion.

Primary Objective

To build and own a high-performing marketing function that delivers a consistent and growing volume of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) aligned to Discoverys target markets service lines and commercial objectives.

Success in this role will be measured by:
  • Volume and quality of MQLs generated
  • Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Marketing efficiency and ROI
  • Establishment of scalable repeatable marketing systems
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership
  • Define and own Discoverys marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives
  • Develop and implement a structured MQL generation engine across multiple channels
  • Identify and prioritise target segments industries personas and geographic markets
  • Establish clear positioning messaging and value propositions across service lines
  • Align marketing activity directly to commercial outcomes and pipeline generation
Campaign Strategy and Execution

Design implement and optimise multi-channel campaigns including:
  • LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns
  • Email outreach and nurture campaigns
  • Social selling programmes
  • Lead magnets and conversion assets
  • Content-driven campaigns
  • Account-based marketing initiatives
  • Website and landing page optimisation
  • CRM-driven marketing automation
Build repeatable campaign frameworks that can scale across the UK and USA.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Development
  • Own responsibility for delivering a steady flow of qualified MQLs
  • Design and manage marketing funnels from awareness to qualification
  • Optimise conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification frameworks
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales
Social Selling and Outreach Infrastructure
Design and manage scalable outbound marketing systems using tools such as:
  • Instantly
  • Apollo
  • Aimfox
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CRM and marketing automation platforms
Build structured outbound marketing systems that generate consistent engagement and meetings.

Marketing Systems and Infrastructure
  • Define and implement the marketing technology stack
  • Optimise CRM integration and data management
  • Establish tracking reporting and attribution systems
  • Implement marketing automation workflows
  • Ensure marketing activity is measurable and continuously optimised
Content and Authority Building
Define and oversee creation of:
  • Thought leadership content
  • Lead magnets and insight reports
  • Case studies and success stories
  • LinkedIn content strategies
  • Website content and conversion assets
Position Discovery as a credible authority in its markets.

USA Market Expansion Support

Support Discoverys expansion into the USA by:
  • Developing market-specific campaigns
  • Supporting US-based business development activity
  • Identifying and executing growth opportunities
  • Helping establish Discoverys brand presence in the USA
Performance Management and Reporting
  • Define KPIs aligned to pipeline and revenue growth
  • Track campaign performance and optimise continuously
  • Report on marketing performance and ROI
  • Provide clear commercial visibility into marketing effectiveness
Essential Experience and Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in:
  • Marketing leadership roles within professional services organisations such as:
    • Recruitment companies
    • Management consultancies
    • Leadership development providers
    • Sales training organisations
    • HR consultancies
    • Professional services firms
  • Creating and delivering successful lead generation campaigns that produce measurable MQL volume
  • Designing and managing marketing funnels and lead generation systems
  • Social selling and outbound marketing using platforms such as:
    • Instantly
    • Apollo
    • Aimfox
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Email outreach platforms
  • Working autonomously and owning full marketing responsibility
  • Aligning marketing activity to revenue and commercial objectives
  • Using CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Strong commercial mindset and data-driven decision-making
Ideal International and Entreprenerial Experience
  • Experience marketing professional services within the United States including understanding of US buyer behaviour market dynamics and campaign approaches
  • Experience supporting US-based business development teams and generating leads within US markets
  • Experience helping organisations expand from the UK into the USA
  • Experience marketing professional services in the United Kingdom and/or internationally
  • Experience supporting international business development teams across multiple regions
  • Experience generating leads across global markets particularly the UK Europe and North America
  • Experience working with organisations headquartered outside the USA.
  • Experience scaling marketing functions in growth-stage businesses
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure from the ground up
  • Experience in recruitment leadership development management consultancy or sales transformation environments
  • Experience operating within businesses with international growth ambitions
