Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Research target markets and organisations to identify decision-makers understand their needs and gather competitor and pricing insights.
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers (phone and digital channels) to have structured professional conversations not scripts that explore their requirements and timelines.
- Qualify opportunities and secure high-quality appointments for Sales teams across Tsebo divisions ensuring meetings are well-prepared and worthwhile.
- Monitor approved tender portals daily screen tenders against Tsebos services and footprint and route relevant opportunities to the correct business units.
- Maintain accurate lead customer and tender information in the CRM capturing call outcomes next steps and key insights for reporting and forecasting.
- Share insight summaries and trends (from your conversations and research) with Group Sales & Marketing to improve campaigns targeting and customer engagement.
- Identify and route cross-sell opportunities where customers may need more than one Tsebo service coordinating with the relevant Sales owners.
