We are seeking a Project Coordinator (TEMPORARY) to support North Americas Strategic Alliance Management team. The incumbent will support endtoend coordination and execution of activities across internal stakeholders and external partners/CMOs. This role is critical in ensuring projects move seamlessly through planning execution and delivery by maintaining strong communication documentation discipline and crossfunctional alignment.
This role is a temporary 6month assignment with likely extension
Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Tracking
- Support project planning scheduling and daytoday activity tracking.
- Maintain and monitor project timelines deliverables action items and milestones.
- Ensure proactive followup with teams to maintain progress and resolve delays.
2. Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a coordination point between internal teams and CMO/Partner organizations.
- Facilitate timely and professional communication across stakeholders.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas minutes status reports and followups.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and auditready project documentation aligned with pharma industry standards.
- Support operational processes including invoice management and purchase order creation.
- Coordinate creation of material codes vendor codes and related system entries.
4. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks delays or issues early and maintain a risk log.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and support mitigation planning with crossfunctional teams.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Business Development External Manufacturing QA Regulatory Technical Services IT SCM Finance and other teams to ensure alignment.
- Support smooth handoffs information flow and coordination across departments.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in a relevant Science/ pharma or business administration
Minimum work experience: 2 - 5 years of experience
