Job Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with 5 years of experience to lead and manage Agile projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies manage project delivery and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams in a fully remote night-shift environment.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams and ensure Scrum best practices are followed
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives)
Manage project timelines scope risks and dependencies
Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals
Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders for requirement clarity and prioritization
Track project progress and report status to stakeholders
Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of projects
Additional Information :
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience managing distributed or remote teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in night shift
Experience with Agile tools (Jira Confluence etc.)
