The role
The Senior People Partner is a strategic business partner to leaders playing a critical role in shaping how the organisation leads manages and develops its people. Operating as a trusted advisor and client relationship manager this role sits at the front of People & Culture bringing together deep people expertise commercial insight and a strong understanding of the business to influence outcomes that matter.
With a focus on building enduring hightrust relationships the Senior People Partner works alongside leaders to help them manage their people well navigate complexity and lead change with confidence and purpose. The role provides expert pragmatic advice across the full spectrum of people matters while also anticipating workforce challenges and codesigning practical solutions that balance immediate needs with longterm strategic goals.
Partnering with diverse teams and senior leaders the Senior People Partner guides and enables change initiatives provides strategic input into people plans risk management and decisionmaking that aligns with legislation policy and organisational doing so the role actively contributes to building a mature people partnering model - where People & Culture is seen as a valued strategic partner.
Success in this role relies on a strong understanding of evolving HR legislation and best practice clear and transparent communication and the ability to influence leaders in ways that build credibility trust and sustained performance. You will rolemodel professional and valuesled behaviour strengthen leadership and team capability and partner with clients to apply HR policy thoughtfully -balancing risk management with pragmatic highquality people outcomes.
