Job Summary

The Challenge

To perform basic semi-skilled tasks within the Diesel Mechanic sphere on Earthmoving equipment and Heavy Commercial Vehicles.

Qualifications :

The ideal applicant

Grade 10 (24 points over 7 subjects including an E- symbol in English with Mathematics and Science).
Experience in a Diesel Mechanic environment or previous experience as an Artisan Helper would be an added advantage.
Valid code B/BE drivers license (Manual Transmission).
Added advantage Valid code C drivers license (Manual Transmission).
Added Advantage would be at least 6 months knowledge on installation and repairs of Lubrication and Greasing Systems on Earthmoving equipment and Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
