Patient Server Lead (Full Time)

• We are hiring immediately for a full time PATIENT SERVER LEAD position.

• Schedule: Full time; day shifts Monday - Friday & rotating weekends. Specific hours may vary depending on operational needs. More details upon interview.
• Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience in healthcare hospitality or food service.
  • Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
• Primary Responsibilities:
  • Improve patient perception of meal quality timeliness accuracy and service through consistent engagement documentation and accountability.
  • Proactively resolve patient concerns at the bedside ensuring accuracy in diet orders coordinating quick meal corrections and following up for satisfaction.
  • Document patient feedback daily track recurring themes and collaborate with leadership to develop and implement targeted improvement strategies based on Qualtrics data.
  • Promote open communication and strengthen trust between Food & Nutrition services nursing teams and patients by facilitating improvement plans and driving engagement initiatives to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to$22.00 per hour.
