What Youll Do
Design beautiful floral arrangements following in-store event and wire service recipes
Create custom floral designs to capture customer preferences themes and budgets
Consult directly with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life
Package and prepare all designs for safe and timely delivery
Maintain a clean organized and inspiring work area
Collaborate with other designers and team members to ensure smooth shop operations
Provide exceptional service and uphold Centerville Florists reputation for quality and care
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Experience: Proven background in fresh-cut floral design (a portfolio is a plus)
Availability: Must be available on Saturdays and major floral holidays including Thanksgiving Christmas Valentines Day Mothers Day Easter proms and homecomings
Personality: Creative dependable and team-oriented able to adapt to last-minute orders with grace and efficiency
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and design balance
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer skills (Windows / Office); willing to learn floral POS systems
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
