Job Summary
Assist project biologist and staff with eDNA sample collection brook trout suppression snorkel and redd surveys of multiple species and other worked as assigned. Responsibilities include operating eDNA equipment backpack electrofishing PNW fish identification capturing and handling fish trail maintenance data collection.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent G.E.D. and at least two years of fisheries of relevant natural resources experience. You must be able to work in a safe manner arrive at work on time work collaboratively with little to no supervision be flexible in scheduling including night work and overnight work and work in all weather. Extended periods of physical labor/hiking may be required and must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
