Job Summary

Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri Arkansas Oklahoma)Serves the Mercy Health System by conducting end-user training for EHR applications and supporting EHR education initiatives across the Ministry.
Ensures Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission values guiding principles and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
Qualifications Minimum RequiredEducation- High School Diploma or Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri Arkansas Oklahoma)Experience - Work experience in an adult training environment or other EHR Epic Certified status within three months of employment and achievement of Mercys Presentation skills & knowledge Ability to travel to support implementation training. Good project management skills. Analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours to complete business PreferredEducation Bachelors DegreeExperience 2 years work experience in an adult training environment and /or in a healthcare training curriculum and/or computer training.Why Mercy
