A Therapist-Owned Agency with a Mission
WellTech Partners has recently joined forces with a Pediatric Home Health Agency out of Boulder CO that is looking to expand their team. You will be joining a company that is therapist owned and run to offer quality care - not corporate profits. Children (ages 020) thrive in their natural environments and parents become more effective advocates when therapy happens where life happens. We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a transparent experience-based pay scale:
- Visit rate: $52.25 per visit.
- Sign-on bonus.
- Full-Time Benefits (Avg. 19 visits/week): * Comprehensive Medical Dental and Vision insurance.
- Part-Time Status (Min. 10 visits/week): Flexible scheduling to balance work and life must be at 19 or move visits/week to receive full benefits.
- Flexible scheduling - you make your own schedule.
- Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Provide skilled OT services under the supervision of a licensed OTR/L adapting activities during sessions to meet each childs unique goals.
- Early Intervention: Carry out IFSP-aligned interventions for the Early Intervention Colorado Program (birth3).
- Family Coaching: Educate families on home activities and strategies recommended by the OT to ensure progress continues between visits.
- Modern Documentation: Utilize InSync EMR for efficient mobile-friendly charting and scheduling.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your supervising OT and the interdisciplinary team contributing observations for plan updates and maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Colorado COTA license (or eligible).
